2. DATA PROTECTION AND USER RIGHTS SUNSET TOURS, as the Data Controller, informs you that the User’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
The User is informed that they have the right to exercise their rights of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of their data, as well as the limitation of and opposition to its processing. Reproduction, total or partial publication of the website, nor its computer processing, distribution, dissemination, modification, transformation, or decompilation, nor any other legally recognised rights of its owner, is not permitted without the prior written permission of SUNSET TOURS.
